Welcome to ImproveMint! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ImproveMint mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using ImproveMint, you agree to these Terms.

 

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

 

1. What ImproveMint Is (and Isn’t)

 

ImproveMint is a habit-tracking and accountability platform designed to help users set goals, participate in challenges, and engage socially with friends, coworkers, or groups.

 

ImproveMint:

 

  • Helps track habits and goals

  • May include competitive or incentive-based features

  • Is not a medical, mental health, financial, or professional advisory service

 

You use ImproveMint at your own discretion and risk.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

To use ImproveMint, you must:

 

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

  2. Provide accurate and complete account information

  3. Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

 

3. Your Account

 

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your content and behavior comply with these Terms

5. Challenges, Competitions & Buy-Ins

 

ImproveMint may offer features that include:

 

  • Group challenges

  • Accountability incentives

  • Optional monetary or point-based buy-ins

 

Important notes:

 

  1. ImproveMint does not guarantee outcomes, winnings, or results

  2. Participation is voluntary

  3. Any financial contributions are made at your own risk

  4. ImproveMint is not responsible for disputes between users

 

Specific rules for challenges may be provided separately and are incorporated into these Terms.

 

 

6. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

 

If ImproveMint offers paid features:

 

  • Fees are disclosed before purchase

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

 

Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and policies.

 

 

7. User Content

 

You retain ownership of content you submit to ImproveMint (e.g., goals, updates, messages).

 

By using the Service, you grant ImproveMint a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

  2. ImproveMint does not guarantee outcomes, winnings, or performance results

  3. We do not act as a bank, escrow service, or gambling operator

  4. ImproveMint is not responsible for disputes between users related to challenges

 

We store only the minimum data required to operate these features.

 

 

4. How We Share Information

 

We only share information in limited cases:

 

 

4.1 With Other Users

 

  • Content shared in challenges or groups is visible to participants

  • Profile visibility depends on your settings

Apple and Google are not responsible for ImproveMint or its content.
